October 2008 update
I haven't heard anything from them. As I said, they did offer to refund one year of service to me and give me a year free, but I rejected that and told them that that was not a reasonable offer. I don't want a year free because I've already gone through all the address changes. And getting a refund for a year doesn't even begin to compensate me for the losses and time I have had to waste on this issue.
(We didn't do that review. That's someone else. We don't know anything about who that is.)
They told me that what happened to me had "never" happened before, but it sounds like someone else out there has had a similar experience.
Updated, June 2009: That review has been deleted by Google. There was also another negative review, with similar complaints, about the location at 269 S. Beverly Drive. I didn't capture it but it's now deleted. Glad to see that Beverly Hills Postal Place is taking effort to remove negative reviews of them; wish they would put more effort into actually fixing the problems that are leading to these negative reviews.
