We don't think this franchise ever directly deposited our mail in the trash. What they did do is mark our mail as "return to sender" for a period of approximately six months, and then the senders threw our returned mail in the trash. The end result was almost the same, except that if MBE had dropped the mail in the trash instead of returning it to sender, we would have no way to document what was going on. As it is, they did return to sender so we can document that there was a problem. This logo shows symbolicly the level of care they used in handling our mail.
